Text Wrap for Calendars

How do I wrap text to show all details on printed calendars? Right now only
the first word or two shows up on the printed calendars. I downloaded the

Hide appointment details but time remains blocked as busy?

I want to input an appointment then hide the name of the appointment and the
details from view on the screen. I want the time to remain blocked as busy.
