Broken or non working Html links within OE6

In emails to my address, anything that has links to outside sites, do not
open IE7, but a My documents folder or nothing at all. It is happening in my
grandfathered in hotmail account and a pop3...

Yes it is, but the problem exsisted before hand. I had IE 6 sp2 on here and
it started doing this.

The links within my emails seem to be broken.

For some reason, when I click on a link within an email in OE, either nothing
happens or it opens a page in my documents. All links are that way within my
OE. Is there something that can be done...
