site to which I was going for some help/sources had it typed wrong.

One thing that did not come back after the toolbar reset command was my
"Outlook Today" view - even when I click on that icon in the toolbar.

But - I just did the command first.
Didn't work.
Then I moved the extraneous pst files to a different place (want to keep
them until I'm sure I won't need them...
