When running FAST should I deselect anything so it won't try to copy and
restore Outlook?

I've been told that FAST does a poor job with Outlook. What is the
procedure to copy settings and folders manually? All settings and folders
reside on the local workstation.

Sorry about that. Email messages were being sent with, "let windows decide
best...". We have changed it to plain text. thanks for your help.

When opening an attached document the default view in Word is Reading Layout.
I can't find where I can change it to Normal View.
