Thanks Russ Valentine,

I am using Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.8010.8028) SP2.

When I select my contact tab to create a new address, I fill out all
necessary information then I do a save...

Why can't I search for contacts consistently?

Each time I enter a contact, and try to find or search for the same contact
it won't display. However, if I go to the last name manually it will
display. Could anyone provide any rhyme or reason?...

Why isn't my address book syncing with my contacts?

When I try to add a contact, my administrative assistant isn't getting my
