Outlook Express deletes incoming attachments

I found a similar option but it says that it will delete attachments
that may be viruses, therefore is this not a potentialy dangerous move
and also the fact it says attachments that may be viruses...

Outlook Express seems to be deleting all attachments sent to it with
e-mail (even ones I have sent to myself and know are just simple Word
files) is there an option that I can change in OE that is...

Having trouble sending e-mail in OE but works if a reply

I have an anti-virus scanner set to scan e-mail for OE, but do you mean
for Hotmail, as the last reply from PA Bear indicated that the problem
didn't lie with OE?

The e-mail does how in OE's sent items folder, but doesn't get to
Hotmail. I've checked the Junk Mail folder and it's not there, but I
don't see why Hotmail would have sent it there any way when it...
