Multiple OUTLOOK.exe instances running

On the Processes tab of the Task Manager I sometimes see up to four
instances of OUTLOOK.exe running even _after_ I've closed Outlook (2003).

Anyone know what's going on? Any advice is greatly...

Brian,

Thanks very much again.

So, it sounds like I can have all e-mail delivered to "Mailbox - Username",
delete the "Personal Folders", remove the pst file, and end up with both
Exchange e-mail...

Am I correct that the Personal Folders and the .pst file are both needed for
