Russ, Thanks for the quick response. I am using Office Outlook 2003 SP2

Globally changing "File As" format for an Outlook Contact Folder

Is there a way to globally change the "File As" field for a specific Contacts
Folder?

I file my contact as Company (Last, First). I just got a new PDA that would
prefer Last,First.
