When you create the meeting request, you can remove yourself from the
Required attendees field when selecting the other attendees. The only thing
is you still receive the responses and the meeting...

If you go to Calendar view, right click on the page (with list of
appointment depending on your current view) and select Other Settings, you
will be able to change the font for the day, week...

Accepted meeting requests not visible in calendar

A colleague sent a meeting request and when the invitees respond, she does
not see the item in her calendar with the details pertaining to invitees. Any
suggestions? Thanks!
