Setting up a new account using IMAP instead of POP3 seems to work.

Outlook 2003 crashes on open

Running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP Pro SP2, the program crashes
immediately after opening.

The following error information is provided:

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 11.0.6565.0 ...
