The form is published to the organizational forms library.

Here is what happens...

1) Requestor fills out a form (stored in a public folder) and sends to manager
2) Manager reviews the form and...

Custom Forms on Outlook 2007 beta

The form is published and the forward action is set to the custom. This is
something that worked just fine until I installed 2007.
