Actually, I got it fixed. I had to uninstall Office and reinstall it. The
Detect and Repair wasn't working for some reason. Thanks for you help.

I haven't done the DOS option yet. I just tried your solution which brought
back my missing icons but I still can't download my emails. Also, when I
reboot my computer, everything I copied over...

No longer getting new e-mail after hard drive upgrade

This is an old post but I'm having this problem as well and can't seem to fix
it. I tried Detect and Repair, and also a full reinstall but nothing worked.
