Yes It shows the same symptoms i.e. the to box is populated. Using OWA does
not have the same issue. Hope this helps

I went thru this a few days ago.
2 things.
Reset the profile by doing a 'check name'
if any PST are attached, detach it, logoff/logon reopen Outlook and then try
it.
