the top spot on your Folder List just above the Calendar folder - it may say
Mailbox: surname, firstname.

appointments using quarter hour times
yes. type 9:15.
yopu can also change the length of space for meetings. Right click on the
grey bar beside a meeting (in 1 day View) and you can change the increments.

TO RUSS VALENTINE DISTRIBUTION LIST
You have just explained that you made a New Contacts Folder and it was empty
(to start with) then you made a DL inside that Folder.
Have a look at the Navigation Pane on the left side of Outlook...

Sharing calendar categorize
That approach works in a Public Folder, but not a shared one. If you have
Exchange, ask admin to make you a Public Calendar and set the permissions on
who gets to use it. The Owner will be able...

You can Sort and Group when viewing your Tasks.
http://judygleeson.com/sorting_grouping.aspx has an article about doing that
in Contacts - it is the same in the Tasks folder.

No need for a report. Just show the Created Date and you will see that
data. Yu will need a table view such as Phone List and to add that field (I

Autoarchive in Outlook 2007
probably because Autoarchive works based on the date last modified. So that
may be more recent.
