Exchange server users can copy views and published forms using the File,
Folder menu.

What gets an email caught by Junk email folder - default settings?

is Outlook marking it as spam or Godaddy? Check the header info..

ok found the problem, in HKCU under MS, office10, setup,
there were keys for the PRF file, but it was blank
I removed it and it works fine now..

problems such as
1. unable to get the autoarchive path set
2. office updates seem to break the profiles
