Working offline did not help. System froze.

I followed the steps you outlined for deleting the folder and that worked.
Everything is working fine now.

I have two email messages in my inbox that are giving me a problem. Every
time I click on either one OE freezes and gets non responding message. I can
not delete them. Norton did not find any...
