hi everyone-
i don't want to use the mail feature in outlook AT ALL. is there a way to
completely turn it off, so i don't see any mention of it anywhere when i'm
using outlook? i especially don't...

OE has developed a mind of it's own: it open's immediately upon start up. If
I shut it down...it immediately (within 30-45 seconds) re-opens.

While typing a message it will freeze the cursor...
