Thanks for responding. The version pops up when I run Office Outlook 2007
for Vista (brand new to me). This screen pops up when I start the program
and then seemingly continuously thereafter;...

I've set Outlook as my default and it appears to work - except that every 30
second this message pops up:

Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot
fulfill the...
