Thanks Brian. I did everything that you suggested and it seems to be working
just fine. I even have a copy of my IMAP e-mail available when I'm offline.

My e-mail provider recently changed from a POP3 to IMAP. With POP3 I was
able to create my PST file where ever I wanted and have my mail delivered
there rather than just keeping the default...

How do I change Profile Name

You'll need to copy the "Outlook" profile to a new profile. When you do that
you'll be asked for a name for the new profile. At that time name it "Home"
then delete the profile named...

Is there a way to delete multiple e-mail profiles all at once? I have a
user, XP Pro SP2 with Office 2003 SP2, that for some strange reason all of a
sudden has 100's of temporary e-mail profiles...
