Auto-accept calendar invitations

Okay - here's an annoying question.
I know you can set up Outlook to auto-accept meeting requests and
cancellations, so that even if Outlook isn't running, the invitation is

Display SMTP address instead of Display Name

I should also add that the behavior is the same when you "Reply" or "Reply
All" to the messages in Outlook.
I realize we could tell the user to use "Forward as an attachment", but that
