My BB provider is Talk Talk and my e-mail is via Orange (previously Freeserve
then Wannadoo etc..) I really think this is just a compatibility thing - but
I can't seem to find out what it is....

After going onto broadband recently and setting up Norton Internet Security I
find that going into Outlook Express 6 and send/receive I can receive
messages ok but get the following error messages...

I have an MS Access application which i distribute to Users.

It sends emails with attachments using Outlook 97, 2000 and 2002 but will
not send emails on some PC's that have outlook 2003!
