How do I get entire addresses to show up for incoming mail?

Hopefully you don't have too many contacts that you want this to happen with
but you can go into each contact and change the "Display as:" field. This
field is right under the Email address field....

I always used the "signature" section to put footer advertising or
disclaimers. You can have multiple accounts and signatures and when you open
a new email, it will open with the "Default" account...

Can't send mail in OL 03

Do you have your settings set to "Send Immediately"? If not, you will have
to re-send it from the Outbox folder. This is on the Outlook Tools menu,
then Options, then Mail Setup tab. Put a check...

How do I handle two individuals at one address?

Set up separate contacts for each one. You could cross reference each of
them like "John Smith & Jane Doe" on one and "Jane Doe & John Smith" on the
other.

Outlook 2003 sends my gmail through 2 steps, why??

Look at the Tools Menu, then Options, then Mail Setup Tab. Check off the box
"Send immediately when connected".
