I don't know if you found your answer or not, but you have to mail enable the
public folder you want to email to, then it will show up in your global
address list. Then when setting up your rule...

migrate and append outlook 2003 data to another cpu?

I have a decommissioned computer with useful contacts, emails, filtering
rules, etc but would like to append the info to a more current cpu with
Outlook 2003. How can I do that?

I have had a computer crash on me. I can still access the hard drive and
have it slaved in the new computer. How can I import all of my info from
Outlook on the old drive to Outlook on the new...
