Brian,

I forgot to mention that with Outlook 2000 the reminders would be more
resilient and pop-back in the users face. in a way it`s a nice feature that
we lost with the upgrade to Outlook...

You are absolutely right, I agree with you. All we would like to know is, is
it possible to alter Outlooks 2003 behavior so the reminders can be also
seen in Windows task bar ? Something in...

Brian,

If they don`t see the reminder and type in another application then the
reminder can' t be seen.

I add a pre-fix number in the folder name:

1-January
2-April...and so on

Hello all,

Outlook 2003 pop-ups are great and well made. I really like the way they
appear. I never miss a meeting if i`m working at my workstation when the
meeting reminder...
