Ok, the problem is when I receive the form, I just receive a blank mail. That
is the problem.

Thanks Sue, But I did some test, I save my form as OFT file and I send it to
three differente users with three diferent domains, and it worked well.

Some points:

Sorry I did not complete my question in the last Post. Actually I want send
my customized forms to other users, but they are in others servers. So there
is a way to avoid the blank forms with users.

I create a couple of custom forms in Outlook, but when I send the form to
other user, he received a blank form, without my custom design.

Somebody has any suggestion?
