Hi Russ,

No actually I solved the problem. I ended up by going in to properties on
the contact folders that were displayed and clicking them to add to the
address book.

Here's the scoop.

This was a new new computer initially installed on a peer to peer. The old
computer was running a "copy" of Office 2000. It could not be updated.

I imported/moved Outlook 2000 contacts into Outlook 2003. (Exchange). Now I
