the appointment duration is a frequently used field that can be added to
appointments. I want it to print on the weekly calendar print style

I have added the duration field to my appointment form. I would like it to
print on the weekly calendar print out. How can this be done?

I am having almost the same problem - when I try to open Outlook (2003) the
"Configuring Outlook" box comes up but goes no further. eventually it says
that it is not responding and the a box...
