I have a similar problem. I just upgraded to MS Office 2007 and now my
outlook express is spell checking in French. When I go to outlook options
Spelling it says French in the selected language...

I have IE 7 and OE 6.0029.

I don't remember if this started happening before or after I upgraded to IE
