Well ok.. so you could adjust the calendars of those 12 to autoaccept
meetingrequests
You simply make a new meeting in your calendar, invite the 12
(distribution list) and send it

The only "issue"...

I don't think you mean Meeting but Appointment item. A meeting is one
item with several attendees.

As an alternative you could use our product, Exchange GroupCalendar. A
server add-on that mirrors personal calendar info in real time to the
public folder calendar while writing the initials in front...

IF you have exchange server you can create a public calendar folder.
Everyone can create the appointment items in that calendar and it will
be visible for everyone.

Small office environment--View all calendar's at once

A public calendar folder will work but will not be held in sync with
the personal calendars, so you must do all actions twice.
This exchange add-on will do it...
