Lorsque je fais un nouveau mail, je tape seulement les premieres lettres du
nom du destinataire et tous les noms de mon carnet d'adresse apparaissent.
Toutefois, certains noms n'apparaissent jamais...

Correct, it is the email properties dialog box with only the external adress
info.
How can I have the Contacts full properties window box instead (how it used
to be & how outlook normally operates)...

Thank you Brian for helping.

Simply when i double click the sender contact in the email I receive, it
only shows a simple dialog box with the email information but no longer the
complete contact...

Mass update of contact category name

I have 1000 contacts classified using the "Producer" category label. How can
I change that label into let' say "Distributor"?

Entering the same text in the notes section of multiple contacts

I already entered this question in the "Outlook General Questions" section,
