START | CONTROL PANEL | INTERNET OPTIONS
In 2000:
START | SETTINGS | CONTROL PANEL | INTERNET OPTIONS
Go to the ADVANCED TAB

Your ton of programming would be around 20 lines of code, but unfortunately
its not possible to use the Outlook Express object model, as far as I am
aware.

System Tray popup
OE6 Displays an icon & if selected notifies you with sound too, but it
doesn't have a toast window like MS Outlook/MSN does. Is that the type of

Why not just create a rule then add the names of the other people to the
same rule? Yeah it will take longer, but i'll do what you need
Right-click the message to create the rul & choose create rule...

How to resize attach window
What you call the attachment window is actually a File Open Dialog Box,
which has a fixed single frame & cannot be resized.
Why don't you just find the file you want to attach then drag & drop it...
