Well, I followed the instructions for fixing the OE issue and it fixed the
Word 2007 problem. That shouldn't be like that though right?

The spelling checking doesn't work in Word. I reinstalled the program but I
still have the issue.

The settings look OK but it seems the problem is in Word, since when I try
to create a new document and I intentionally make spelling errors, the
program doesn't catch...

withoug errors, but there are erros.

I had that issue before with Office 2003 but after a reboot it was alright.

Ok,

I run with the /cleanrules and the rules disappeared. I recreated the rule
that moves all the messages from the whole domain and still does not run.

I run the outlook with the /cleanclientrules and the rules are still in
place. If I delete them manually I have the feeling that when I recreate
the rule it will still not...

No no other new rules, and that's the problem, the rule doesn't process the
mail. The incoming mail stays in the Inbox
