Finally, the reminders work! Thank you for helping. Before I did all those
run commands, neither old nor new reminder items worked.

My calendar reminder has not worked for a couple of weeks now. I have
checked its settings, and it is set to send the reminders. I have tried:
Exit Outlook, click Start, point to Run, type...

I tried your suggested technique, but it didn't help. Do I need to shut
down the computer or Outlook after doing that, before it works?
