I ran into a similiar problem where I had Office 2003 and installed Office
2007. Before I installed Office 2007, I uninstalled Office 2003. But I made
the mistake of uninstalling Office 2003 BEFORE...

I feel your pain!

I'm not an expert, but here's my 2 cents worth. Try reinstalling outlook
2003 or 2007. It wasn't clear if you still had the disks to do that or not.

I ended up uninstalling MS Office 2003 and installing MS Office 2007 (trial
version) last night.

With MS Office 2007, I can receive the attachments perfectly from the
