Normal.dot changes

Lately something via Outlook has been attempting to make changes to
normal.dot and I'm wondering if this could be a new antivirus program I
installed. I usually happens after I view purchase...

suggested I did a search of the entire registry for that deleted e-mail
account and found another setting under HKEY_USERS and...

It's for an account that I removed over two months ago I tried deleting the
entire key and searching the registry for all other keys associated with
that...
