I just had the same problem with OE myself,go to the windows address book
(start,all programs,accessories)click on file and then delete the identity
that you cant access.

Tried all that and what microsoft said to do in the registry and it still
dont want to open correctly.At least it kinda opens now but it always says
not responding.Any other suggestions?

Yes I did that and thats where just the blue screen comes up and I have to
restart my pc to get it off or my cpu runs at 100%.
