Icon names

Right-click in the toolbar area and select "Customize" from the menu. On the
"Options" tab check the box that says "Show ScreenTips on Toolbars". Click
ok and you should be good to go.

Have you tried the "traveling" option (authentication turned on, port 465,
SSL checked)? Also, can you ping the smtp address?
