Setting not only due date but due time in Tasks

if you are intensively using reminders you may also look at cute
reminders, it's hassle free and can import from outlook

Disable reminders in one calendar but not another?

As a good alternative you can use another reminder program to keep
your work and personal reminders separated. I would recommend you Cute
Reminder which I use for quite a long time and I am happy...
