Thanx guys for your quick replies! Both suggestions will be very useful in
our organization. I will create a Recipient Policy to process the 'Deleted
Items' and 'Junk E-mail' folders for all users...

Hi all,

is there a way to empty certain Outlook 2003 folders after a specific period
of time?

We're using Office 2003 in a Windows Server 2003 Active Directory
environment with Exchange Server...
