Using rules I Move emails to different folders. Redirect certianly is
something different.

The rule is set on the server. It'll work even when Outlook isn't open.
I have many rules setup to redirect to different folders and they all work
when I don't have Outlook running.

I've recently migrated a division of my company to their own Exchange server
and they use RPC/HTTPS to connect. Previously when they were on the mail
Exchange server once they logged in once...
