The problem is definitely Acer, specifically the EData Security program.

OL 2003 Launches Notepad instead of Word
You are amzazing!....You fixed both issues.
Word launched and then I was able to Create the Logo.
Secondly, I can now launch URL's from my email messages.
I am running IE 7.

Yes, when editing the signature.
What I am trying to do is put a logo into my signature when sending outgoing
emails. I cannot get it to work.
When I cut and paste the logo just doing a normal...

URL Won't Open In Outlook 2003
When I click on a URL, the "MY Documents" window opens up.
How do I launch the URL directly from the email? What do I need to click on
or off within Outlook?
