Success!!! In case you're interested, what I needed was to create the
key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\WAB\DLLPath

and set it's default value to the location of wab32.dll.

Everything's cool now! Still...

Hi! Thanks for your suggestions, although they weren't very
useful--except for the one below. Since the WAB key was one of the
ones I deleted, I think I might need to replace it. It has the
location...

My registry has NO KEYS AT ALL for Outlook Express 6. Well...I did
delete them all. I was getting that error 0x800ccc0f, and nothing else
worked, so I found this friendly Web page that told me how to...
