Hi,

Just to say thanks for all the pointers. I have since had my computer wiped
blank and a clean image of the OS & Office installed. It is now behaving as
normal!

Clicking the View menu gives "Arrange By", from which I can select "Current
View". The view I have selected is "Messages", and the arrangement is
"Conversation" (with "Show in Groups" greyed out,...

SP2 already installed. My frustration is at the way the Inbox is displayed. I
