Graylisting problems

Outlook 2002.
I cannot send replies to messages from my IMAP account anymore -- even
if I click Accounts use my other pop3 account. All my replies to
IMAP messages come back with a message...

What I want is to click on the TO icon and bring up the Contacts, not
