on the main Contacts screen, there is a large multi-line text field under the
title of "Notes".

I put a string of five '*' characters in a known good contact Note field,
and then searched...

Thanks for the advice Karl... just as I thought... yes, they have signed
non-discloser/non-competes, but have already set up a web site advertising
themselves in a way that makes them a Nationwide...

Have a remote employee who is leaving the business; need a way to remotely
delete all proprietary contact lists in Outlook before they leave, so they
may not use/misuse nor share those contacts...
