How do I send a blast email?

Is there a simple way to pull all of my email addresses into one place to

address book and contacts

Outlook express contacts list suddenly vanished. My Outlook address book is
still fine. How do I get the contacts from the Outlook address book back in
the list of contacts?

How can I revise catagories

In Outlook 2007 is it possible to revise the categories, like from Green
being VIP to Green being Business. After the first use, I can find no way to
change the name of categories.
