You know, I went in and deleted all old email accounts and also refreshed my
exisiting email account. This seemed to do the trick. I no longer get that

Home Network. Windows XP. It's only when I send email. I can receive email. I
had my ISP help me re-config, but it didn't work. They told me it was a
Microsoft thing. Are they wrong?

I upgraded to Office 2007. Now I can't send email. I get a Pop Up title Enter
Network Password. I enter my PW, click OK and it just keeps popping back up.
