Creating new folders.
I have a Windows Live Hotmail account. I have gone to their "Help Central"
but can not find where to get help in creating new folders. I can't find

NO It is the new Windows Live which is supposed to be better than Windows
Hotmail. But I can't find out how to get help or how to delete messages
