Want Outlook o7 to start up using my saved pst? as default.

Probably the best way to deal with this is to import your old calendar from
the old .PST file into your current calendar and then dump the old one.

Regarding the "Open a Shared Calendar" link that is visible in Outlook 2003,
but apparently missing in Outlook 2007, it is clearly mentioned on Slide 3,
and you can see a partial screenshot of it...
