In Outlook XP I've set the sort order in both the Contact options area
and the address book options to be Last Name first.

Now, if I create a new Contact and instead of typing the FullName
button...

Outlook Business Contact Manager: was unable to initialize this form

I get this error whenever I try to open up a Business contact. Yet I
can see the main details of a given contact (address, etc).

How can I fix this?
